1. About Us NoirSleep is a luxury bed manufacturer specialising in bespoke, made-to-order beds. Our website is www.noirsleep.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Products All beds are made to order and handcrafted to your specifications, including headboard style, fabric, and finish. As each item is custom-made, products may vary slightly from images shown on our website.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

4. Lead Times As all products are made to order, please allow 5–10 days from order confirmation for production and delivery but depending on fabric availability, it may take up to 14days. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date once your order is ready.

5. Delivery We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery is carried out by our in-house team and includes a white glove service — we will bring your bed to your room of choice and assemble it. Delivery dates are arranged directly with you.

6. Bespoke Orders & Your Right to CancelBecause our products are made to your specific requirements, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to your order. If you wish to cancel before production has started, please contact us immediately at [your email address].

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 8. Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products. Our beds are covered by a 182 days warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoirSleep's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
